Gathering and use of non-personal data for internal system and statistical purposes

When accessing our web pages, your internet browser automatically provides our server with information for technical reasons. This information includes the date and time, the URL (address) of the forwarding website, the file accessed, the amount of data sent, the type and version of the browser, the operating system and your IP address. This data is saved separately to the other information that you enter whilst using our website. We are not able to assign this data to a specific person. The data does not contain any information that allows it to be assigned to an individual. The data is solely gathered and used for statistical purposes and for analytical purposes, such as to improve the service provided, and is subsequently deleted.

Gathering and use of personal data

Personal data (e.g. name, email address) is only gathered and used by us if this information is entered in an input field or sent to us by email for the purposes of sending an enquiry or to take up a service or purchase a product, and if you have expressly agreed to the gathering and usage of this data. This data is provided voluntarily by you. Your personal data is solely used for the purpose for which it is intended (e.g. to place and fulfil orders or to provide and maintain your customer account).

Master data

Insofar as a contract is to be formed, outlined or modified between yourself and us, we will gather and use your personal data insofar as this is required to fulfil this purpose. By order of the responsible parties, we may distribute information about this data (master data) in individual cases, if this is necessary for the purposes of law enforcement, averting a danger, to fulfil the legal requirements of the intelligence services or the military services, or to enforce intellectual property rights.

Usage information

We gather and use your personal data insofar as this is necessary to facilitate the use of our website or to issue invoices (usage information). This includes particular information regarding your identification and information about the beginning and end and the extent of your usage of our services. We are authorised to create user profiles under pseudonyms for the purposes of advertising, market research and improving the customer experience of our website. You have the right to revoke this use of your data at any time. We are not authorised to link the user profiles with the holder of the pseudonym.

Right to information

You have the right to demand information about the data saved concerning you and your pseudonym free of charge. You can also demand that this information be provided electronically. Please contact us by post or by email at info@lugina.de for more information. According to the German Data Protection Act, you have a permanent right of information regarding the data that is saved that concerns you; you also have a right of correction, blocking and deletion for this data. The saved personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to it being saved, if you believe that the information no longer needs to be saved to fulfil its purpose, or if it is not permitted to be saved based on other legal reasons.

Revocation of the commercial use of our contact information

It is forbidden for third parties to use the information provided in our Legal Notice or comparable information about public contact information such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses for the purposes of information that has not been expressly requested, unless we expressly give our written consent to this or business relations already exist. The author reserves the right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mail in the case of infringements of this interdiction. The provider and all persons named on this website hereby object to all commercial usage and the circulation of their data.

Cookies & other technologies

So-called cookies are used to make navigation easier when you call up one of our web pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (PC, smartphone etc.) The cookies from our website do not contain any personal information about you and are completely anonymous. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Some of the cookies used by us are deleted once the browser session ends, i.e. when you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us or our partner companies to recognise your browser on your next visit (permanent cookies). You can prevent the installation of cookies through your browser settings, either by turning off the saving of cookies for specific cases or in general, or by deciding whether a cookie should be accepted on a case-by-case basis. We would like to point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all of the features of our website in full.

Use of the Google Analytics analysis tool

This website utilises Google Analytics – a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies": text files that are saved on your computer and allow for an analysis of your usage of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the case of the activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will still be shortened prior to this by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the convention about the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activities, and to provide further services related to the use of the website and the Internet in general. The IP address transferred from your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the saving of cookies through a setting on your web browser software. However, we would like to point out that if you turn off cookies, you will not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent. In addition, you can prevent the gathering of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your usage of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google. To do so, download and install the browser plugin from the following page: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. You can prevent the gathering of data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. This creates an opt-out cookie, which prevents your data from being collated when visiting this website in the future: Deactivate Google Analytics

You can find further information about usage conditions and data protection at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/. Please note that this website includes the Google Analytics code "anonymizeIp" to allow for the anonymous recording of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords and the double click cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not wish this to happen, it can be deactivated via the display settings manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de).
